I don’t agree with everything he espoused; one thing he said is that we need to eat as we did a hundred years ago, but at the same time he says we need to avoid flour. It was still infuriating that I wasn’t thinner, but after two kids, I figured that was pretty much what I could expect. Validation, yet again, of my fundamental belief that so much of how we feel and behave is guided by what we consume. There was a problem filtering reviews right now. So, this is prompting me to eat healthy.
