Excellent brakes with ABS. I bought a RR after my ancient but reliable VFR suffered terminal loom failure due to road salt. But they dont do well in the lowere RPM range which can make slow speeds not so much desired with alot of clutch work.

All the reviews I had read were glowing The R R comes standard with a Two-Piece, 2-passenger seat. Although the RR was expensive new the great r1150rr is that BMWs hold their values much better than comparable motorcycles from other manufacturers, almost r11150r of mileage. Not that it wasn’t capable of keeping up, it was, it just didn’t do it for me I ended up trading it in on an Aprilia Falco after less than a year, still have the Falco and am riding it on my annual spring trip next week. Fun to ride and practical.
